What does a TMC membership actually get me?
The core of the membership is two things: concierge access into every free Moda community you qualify for and a real person on the team that you can reach. On top of that, TMC carries preferred seller status into Moda Hype Club, Moda Misc Club, Moda Watch Club 10K and Under, and Moda Golf Club. Members can post anonymously in Lifestyle and Collective, post Want-To-Buys in Wholesale Car Club, and have access to TMC's four chatrooms (The Lounge, Admin Help, Electronics and Tech, Travel and Food).
Do I need to already be in another Moda community to join TMC?
No. TMC is the cleanest way into the rest of the Moda ecosystem for the first time. Anyone can apply, and the team handles introductions into whichever other Moda communities you want to be in after you join.
What does 'lifetime' actually mean?
Pay once and you have access for as long as TMC exists. We have no plans to go anywhere, and the membership comes with no renewal charges, no reactivation hurdles, and no expiry.
Can I upgrade from yearly to lifetime later?
Yes. Within the first 30 days of a yearly membership, the upgrade is the $349 difference. After 30 days, any unused time on your yearly is prorated and applied toward the lifetime price. Email the team through the contact form on the site and we'll send you a custom upgrade link.
What is the refund policy?
A 30-day money-back guarantee covers both lifetime and yearly plans. If TMC is not a fit within 30 days, request a refund through the contact form and we refund you with no follow-up. After 30 days, yearly members can still request a partial refund on the unused portion of their year through the same contact form. Lifetime memberships are non-refundable after 30 days.
What's the difference between TMC and RWB?
TMC is the broader Moda membership and makes sense for most people who want more access, selling privileges, networking and member perks. RWB is much more watch-focused and geared toward serious collectors and dealers who want access to the private watch community and dealer network.
Is TMC worth it if I only sell occasionally?
You don't have to be a high-volume seller to get value from it. There are selling privileges, WTB access, exclusive groups and pricing, networking and other perks. I usually ask what someone actually uses Moda for before telling them what makes sense.
Should I get yearly or lifetime TMC?
If you know you're going to stick around Moda, lifetime usually makes more sense long-term. If you're still testing the waters, yearly lets you start there.
