The Moda Vendor Program
Think your business belongs in Moda? Let's talk.
I run the vendor program. Tell me about your business and who you want to reach, and I'll put together the package that fits.
Message me anytime! If you've reached out on Facebook Messenger and haven't heard back from me within 24 hours, please text me instead. Messenger has been eating some of my messages lately and I don't want to miss you!

Personal Referrals from Payton and the Moda team
When members ask for what you do, our team knows to point them to you by name.
Every Vendor Program is customized. Not every item above is automatically included in every package. What's included depends on the package, your niche and the campaign we build together.
Why the Vendor Program Exists
Moda has massive communities full of people who constantly need products, services, and recommendations. We want members to have trusted resources to turn to. The goal is for you to become the name our community thinks of first in your niche, so when someone asks who does this, people start answering with your name.
Does It Actually Work?
The Vendor Program can get spendy, and I don't want anyone thinking one post means business pouring in automatically. The vendors who do best are the ones who stay involved: they post, answer questions, interact with members, build relationships, and stay visible. If you're not sure how to do that, that's where I come in. I'll help you put together a game plan for actually using Moda, not just handing you access and wishing you luck.

Questions people ask me
What does it cost?
Our Full Vendor Program starts at $3,000/month with a 3-month commitment. Our Lifestyle/Mini Vendor Program starts at $1,000/month with a 3-month commitment. Packages can also be customized depending on the business, niche, goals and level of involvement.
What is the Moda Vendor Program?
The Vendor Program is for businesses that want to build an ongoing presence inside Moda and become a trusted resource for our communities. This is more than purchasing an advertisement. We work with our vendors on exposure, introductions, content, referrals and different ways to get their business in front of the right members.
What is the ROI?
This is probably one of the questions I get asked the most, and I don't want to make up a number just to sell someone. We cannot give you a universal ROI because Moda does not monitor every lead or transaction that happens as a result of the Vendor Program. A member might see your name in Moda, follow your business, message you privately, refer a friend, purchase months later or become a repeat customer. We don't have access to your books or every conversation that happens outside our communities, so there is no honest way for me to tell every potential vendor their ROI will be a certain number. What I can tell you is that the businesses that tend to get the most out of the program are the ones that actually use it. This is a relationship and visibility program, not a guaranteed lead package.
Do you guarantee sales or leads?
No. I will never guarantee a certain number of sales, customers or leads. What we provide is access, visibility, resources, opportunities, community exposure and the ability to build your name within Moda. What you do with those opportunities matters.
How do I know if it's working?
I recommend vendors track where their customers are coming from. Ask new customers how they found you. Use a Moda-specific landing page, form, promo code, phone number or tracking link if that makes sense for your business. The more you track on your side, the easier it is to understand what Moda is actually producing for you.
How long does it take to work?
There isn't one answer. Some vendors may get business quickly. For others, the biggest value comes from consistently building recognition and referrals over time. The goal isn't just for someone to see one advertisement and buy something. The long-term goal is for Moda members to associate your name with your niche.
Why is there a 3-month commitment?
Because this program is built around consistency. We don't want someone to make one post, wait a week, decide it didn't work and leave. Building recognition and trust within a community takes time.
Do I have to post myself?
Being involved is strongly encouraged. We can help with ideas and strategy, but the strongest vendors usually become recognizable because members actually see and interact with them.
What if I'm bad at social media or don't know what to post?
That's okay. This is something I can help with. We can talk through your business, what Moda members would actually care about and create a game plan for how you should show up within the communities.
What exactly do I get?
Every package can be different, but benefits can include vendor posts, admin and mod shoutouts, pre-approvals, Group Expert status, referrals, directory placement, links, auctions, admin bumps, custom campaigns and other promotional opportunities.
Can I post in every Moda group?
Not automatically. Your access and promotion should make sense for your niche and the communities you're serving.
Can I include my website and social media links?
Yes, approved vendor content can include relevant links.
Can I run auctions?
If auctions make sense for your niche and are included in your package, yes.
Do I get admin shoutouts?
Admin and moderator promotion can be included depending on your package and strategy.
Will Moda refer people to me?
If someone asks for a product or service that falls within your niche, one of the goals of the program is for your business to become a resource our team and community know and recognize.
Do I get exclusivity?
Exclusivity may be available in certain niches, but it is not automatically included in every Vendor agreement. It needs to be discussed and agreed upon.
Can you have two vendors in the same industry?
Yes, depending on the category and existing agreements. If exclusivity has not been agreed upon, becoming a vendor does not necessarily mean you're the only business in that industry that can work with Moda.
Do you vet your vendors?
I talk with every business that reaches out about what they do, who they want to reach and whether joining our communities actually makes sense for their goals. That conversation is how we figure out together whether it's the right fit.
Can any business become a vendor?
No. Not every business or product is necessarily going to make sense for Moda. But if you're unsure, send it to me anyway. I'll tell you.
Can I try it for one month?
Our standard Vendor Programs have a 3-month commitment because we're trying to build recognition and consistency rather than run a one-off ad.
Do you offer one-time advertising?
Ask me. Depending on what you're looking to promote and where it fits, there may be other opportunities available.
