I handle every Moda Diamonds deal personally. Custom pieces, resales, middleman work, and sourcing through the network. If you're buying or selling something serious, I'm the one you're talking to. The fastest way in is a text.

Moda Diamonds runs through the same trusted network as every other Moda group. When you buy or sell a piece, you're moving through a community of people who already know each other, not clicking through a storefront.

Custom work, diamonds, selling to us, and how deals are handled.
Custom pieces take 2 to 3 weeks from the time you approve the CAD rendering. The CAD and rendering usually take 3 to 5 days on their own, depending on how many changes you want. Rush orders are available with a 7 to 10 day turnaround.
It depends on your budget. Most of our rings land between $2,000 and $7,000. Tell David the budget you are working with and he will source the best diamond spec and ring possible within it.
Both. Lab-grown diamonds give you the same look for a much lower upfront cost, so they are the way to go if you want a larger size and higher quality for less. Natural diamonds cost more because they are rarer and naturally formed, and they tend to hold a stronger resale market.
CAD and rendering are free with the purchase of a ring. If you want the CAD and rendering on their own, it is $200.
For items under $25,000 the fee is $250 plus shipping labels. Above that it is 1% of the deal. The seller ships the item to David, who checks it to confirm it is as described. Once it checks out, the buyer pays the seller, and David ships the item to the buyer after payment clears.
Yes. Tell David what the item is and its details. For diamonds, the specs and whether they are natural or lab-grown. For gold, the karat (10k, 14k, 18k). For silver, the type. Payouts are 87.5% of gold scrap value and 65% of silver scrap value, with diamond prices quoted per item.
Custom rings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to start. Once the ring is finished, the remaining balance is due in full before it ships.
No. Custom rings are made to order, so they are non-refundable.
Yes, a 1-year warranty. In the first year, if a smaller accent diamond falls out or a prong bends or breaks, David repairs it at no charge. The center diamond is not covered if it is lost. Your first ring resizing is also covered at no charge.
