We're a 13-person team in Sioux Falls, SD running Moda Clubs since 2018. We're always open to hearing from people who could be a fit, and right now we have three areas we're actively hiring in.
Where we're hiring
- AI, web development, email, and marketingBuilding on the web, running email and marketing, bringing AI tools into how we operate day to day.
- Merch logistics and customer serviceHands-on operations for the merch side. Inventory, shipping, returns and payments, and answering customer questions when an order needs attention.
- Sales support for Moda DiamondsHelping the Moda Diamonds side. Member outreach, follow-up on inquiries, and supporting pieces from first conversation through close.

A few things to know
- Sioux Falls only.Every new role is in-office at Moda HQ. We're not hiring remote anymore.
- Pay starts modest, grows fast.We don't try to win you with a year-one number. We move people up based on what they actually deliver once they're in the door.
- We don't do formal interviews up front.After you apply, we'll text or email back and forth to see if it's a fit. If that conversation goes well, we go from there.
