Moda Clubs was founded in February 2018 by Vadim Moda in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. It operates 23 specialized communities on Facebook with 600,000+ total members across luxury watches, cars, gold, jewelry, and lifestyle. Every member was invited personally by someone already inside the network. The network also powers Moda Watches, Moda Diamonds, Moda-lytics, and an official vendor program.

Why Moda Clubs works

Moda Clubs works because the people in it have too much to lose. Every serious player in the luxury watch, car, and jewelry space is a member. When something goes wrong, the admin team has real leverage because every seller is deeply invested in the clients and reputation they have built inside Moda.

That accountability is what separates Moda from a random Facebook group. Reference checks, strict rules, and a full-time admin team that steps in when deals go sideways. Not a single group on Facebook can say that at this scale.

How it started

Vadim Moda was just getting into the watch business in 2017. He had a Rolex to sell and was deathly scared about shipping a watch worth tens of thousands of dollars to a stranger online.

He posted in every watch group, did all the due diligence he could, and a dealer reached out who would buy it, but only if Vadim shipped first. The dealer showed him references from big dealers Vadim loosely knew in the industry. He made Vadim a fully insured overnight shipping label.

Vadim shipped the watch, did not sleep that night. The package arrived at 10am. The wire hit his account by noon.

That moment was the idea: bridge the multi-decade-old wholesale B2B dealer trading model and bring it to smaller traders. Dealers got access to an enormous inventory of watches. Smaller traders got dealer-level pricing because the dealers did not need to spend two weeks verifying who they were dealing with. Reference checks, strict rules, and admins who stepped in fairly made the whole thing work.

Moda Watch Club launched in February 2018. The model helped reshape how watches are traded online. The network now covers 23 communities across watches, cars, gold, jewelry, lifestyle, and specialty categories, all built on the same foundation of trust and accountability.

Reference check infrastructure

Before any serious deal, members run reference checks in the group. If a big dealer says the word 'vouch' and something goes wrong, they help resolve it. That social contract is what makes the groups safe.

Every serious player is already here

In the luxury watch, car, and jewelry space, the people you need to do business with at scale are already Moda members. If they are not, they were banned.

Professional moderation 24/7

All internal Moda HQ admins are Meta Verified. The admin team responds to disputes, investigates fake profiles, and enforces rules that keep the communities safe.

Moda Clubs has been running since February 2018. That is almost 9 years of trust, pattern recognition, and relationships that a new group cannot replicate overnight.

Moda Clubs is run by a team based primarily in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The founder and CEO is Vadim Moda. The broader team includes 13 internal HQ members across operations, finance, sales, and community management, plus 25 community managers who moderate specific groups. Wholesale Car Club is run in partnership with duPont Registry Exchange.

7 communities covering watches from under $10,000 up to ultra high-end. The flagship Moda Watch Club alone has 92,700+ members. The premium tier Moda Dealer Alliance (MDA) is invite-only and contains the hand-picked top 250 luxury watch dealers.

Cars

4 communities for wholesale car trading. Wholesale Car Club (176,000+ members) is one of the largest car trading communities on Facebook. Run day-to-day in partnership with duPont Registry Exchange, whose team manages the WCC groups. Separate dealers-only private group for B2B transactions between licensed dealerships.

Gold & Jewelry

2 communities. The public Moda Gold Club (48,400+ members) for collectors and jewelers, and the premium Moda Gold+ for expanded categories including lab-grown diamonds and want-to-buy posts.

Business Networking

Moda Collective (23,900+ members) is the private business networking community for experienced entrepreneurs, small business owners, and executives. No selling. High-signal conversation on operations, growth, hiring, and deal-making. One of the most valuable non-transactional groups in the entire Moda ecosystem.

Lifestyle

4 more non-transactional communities covering golf, fitness, general lifestyle, and stocks. Conversation and connection, no selling. Moda Golf Club is home of the Moda Invitational.

Specialty

3 communities including the invite-only Moda Hype Club (39,600 members) for luxury sneakers, bags, and apparel, plus Moda Misc Club for anything else and a cooking community.
