A welcome email lands in your inbox with your TMC member code and the link to the Facebook group. The code is the only thing you need to remember, and the email keeps it in writing.

There is overlap (TMC members can post anonymously inside Collective) but the two communities have different rhythms, and many members are in both.

If something on the application does not check out, a real person on the team reaches out directly. We refund you in full and explain what went sideways. Declines are rare but they happen, and they are handled by a person, not a form letter.
