Moda Pro Terms

Effective July 14, 2026. These terms are part of your agreement with Moda Group INC ("Moda", "we") and sit alongside our site terms and privacy policy.

1. What the membership is

A Moda Pro membership gives your business a listing in the Moda Black Book at modacommunities.com/blackbook, a profile page on our site, downloadable business-card graphics, access to the private Moda Pros chatroom, and permission to promote your business in comments across Moda communities as described below. The Pro+ level adds one post per calendar month in a Moda group of your choosing, submitted through that group's normal post approval. Unused monthly posts do not roll over.

2. The conduct rules

The communities are the whole point of Moda, so the rules protect them first:

  • Promote your business where it is relevant: a thread asking for what you do, or a conversation your business genuinely belongs in. Repetitive copy-paste comments and promotion in unrelated threads are not allowed.
  • Sign promotional comments with #modapro so members and moderators know you are a paying pro.
  • Moderators keep final say in their groups, always. A moderator removing your comment or post is not a breach of this agreement by Moda.
  • Do not claim or imply that Moda endorses, guarantees, or has verified your business. Your listing is a paid placement.
  • Follow each group's own rules, Facebook's Terms of Service, and Facebook's Community Standards. You are responsible for your own conduct on Facebook and for keeping your own account in good standing.

Independent of Meta

Moda Clubs runs the Moda communities. Moda is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or administered by Meta Platforms, Facebook, or Instagram. A Moda Pro membership is a listing in Moda's own directory and standing in Moda's own communities; it is not a sale of access to Facebook, to any Facebook group, or to any member data, and it does not grant any rights on the Facebook platform. Facebook and its rules govern the platform; if your conduct puts a community's standing with Facebook at risk, we can end your membership.

3. Joining, review, and the money-back guarantee

Moda Pro is $150 per month or $1,500 per year. Moda Pro+ is $500 per month or $5,000 per year, and no initiation fee. You join and pay first, then complete a short interview about your business. We then review it.

  • If we approve you, your listing goes live in the Black Book, your profile publishes, and your membership begins.
  • If we do not approve you, for any reason, including a category already held by a vendor or a regulated category that does not clear our checks, you receive a full refund of what you paid.

4. Renewal and cancellation

  • Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, whichever you chose) until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime. Let us know before your renewal date, through the contact form or your Moda point of contact, and you will not be charged for the next period. As long as we hear from you before renewal, that is all it takes.
  • When you cancel, your listing and benefits continue through the end of the period you already paid for, then come down. Partial periods already begun are not refunded.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we will let you know and your listing stays up for a 14-day grace window while you sort it out. If no payment arrives within those 14 days, the listing comes down until it is fixed.

5. Removal

Breaking the conduct rules can end the membership. Depending on what happened, we may warn you, pause your promotional standing, or remove your listing entirely. Removal for breaking the rules after your listing is live is not refunded, in whole or in part. We can also end a listing if we learn something material about a business that we did not know at approval, and in that case we refund any unused full months.

6. A listing is not an endorsement

Every listing in the Moda Black Book is a paid placement, and we say so on the directory itself. We review applications before they go live, but Moda does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the products, services, pricing, or conduct of any listed business. Members deal with listed businesses directly and at their own judgment, and Moda is not a party to those transactions. To the fullest extent the law allows, Moda is not liable for any loss arising from work performed by, purchases from, or dealings with a listed business.

7. Your listing content

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing (business details, licensing claims, contact information) and you give Moda permission to display them in the Black Book, on your profile page, in your business-card graphics, and in our site assistant's answers. Tell us when something changes and we will update it. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

8. Complaints

Members can report problems with a listed business at modacommunities.com/report. We look at every report. Patterns of complaints are grounds for removal under section 4.
