Moda Watch Club: 10K & Under

The Moda Clubs watch group on Facebook for watches from $500 to $10,000, with 52,100+ members. Joining is free with a join code. Selling a watch here takes a Moda membership, and The Moda Club is the one most sellers start with.

What is Moda Watch Club: 10K & Under?

Moda Watch Club: 10K & Under is a private Facebook group where members buy and sell watches priced from $500 to $10,000. It is part of the Moda Clubs network and runs alongside the flagship Moda Watch Club, which takes watches above $10,000. A post priced outside the range is declined, so the price decides which of the two groups a watch belongs in.

Anyone approved can read the listings and reply to a seller. Since October 23, 2026, a sale post needs a Moda membership hashtag at the top: #TMC, #RWB, #GoldPlus or #MDA.

How to join

  1. Get your join code. The group is private, so the Facebook join question asks for a membership code. Get yours at modacommunities.com/join-code: add your name, email and Facebook profile link and we email it to you. You can also text the word moda plus the group name to (605) 349-1940. Codes from earlier years still work.
  2. Open the official group and click Join. Go to facebook.com/groups/558871041349029 and click Join.
  3. Paste your code and answer the questions. The code goes into the membership question. Answer the rest honestly.
  4. Wait for approval. Join requests are usually handled within one business day. Most Moda groups decline a Facebook account under two years old automatically, and The Moda Club is the way around that, because the team can add its members by hand.

Selling a watch here

Four Moda memberships can post in Moda Watch Club: 10K & Under, each with its own hashtag at the top of the post: The Moda Club (#TMC), Real Watch Buyers (#RWB), Moda Gold+ (#GoldPlus) and the Moda Dealer Alliance (#MDA). If you already hold one of them, add your hashtag and post.

If you hold none of them and want to sell watches under $10,000, The Moda Club is the usual fit. It is a premium membership you apply for, and it carries preferred seller status into this group, so a TMC member lists here under #TMC. The same membership has the team add you to the free Moda groups you qualify for, usually the same business day, and brings preferred seller status in Moda Hype Club, Moda Misc Club and Moda Golf Club too. It does not include Real Watch Buyers, Moda Gold+ or the Moda Dealer Alliance, which are separate memberships.

If you trade watches every week, including above $10,000, Real Watch Buyers is the watch network to look at, and it is the membership that posts in the flagship Moda Watch Club.

Before you post

Every Moda group filters the dollar sign, so write the price bare, as 4,500 or 4.5k. This group also filters the words unworn and custom. A watch sold by anyone other than the brand's authorized dealer is legally preowned, even if it has never been worn, so describe it as preowned and let the facts carry the condition: the year, box and papers, and a grade like excellent.

The free Post Checker checks your wording against this group's own list, checks the price against the $500 to $10,000 range and adds your membership hashtag. The watch glossary explains the abbreviations buyers use, and the watch reference library has the specs and buying checks for the references people trade most.

Moda Watch Club: 10K & Under questions

What is Moda Watch Club: 10K & Under?
Moda Watch Club: 10K & Under is the Moda Clubs group on Facebook for buying and selling watches from $500 to $10,000. It has 52,100+ members and sits alongside the flagship Moda Watch Club, which is for watches above $10,000. The official group is facebook.com/groups/558871041349029.
How do I join Moda Watch Club: 10K & Under?
Get your join code first. The group is private, so the Facebook join question asks for a membership code. Go to modacommunities.com/join-code, add your name, email and Facebook profile link, and we email you your code. You can also text the word moda plus the group name to (605) 349-1940. Then open facebook.com/groups/558871041349029, click Join, paste the code into the join question and answer the rest honestly. Join requests are usually handled within one business day.
Is it free to join?
Yes. Joining Moda Watch Club: 10K & Under is free, and anyone approved can read the listings and reply to sellers. Posting a watch for sale is the part that needs a Moda membership.
Who can post a watch in Moda Watch Club: 10K & Under?
Members of The Moda Club, Real Watch Buyers, Moda Gold+ or the Moda Dealer Alliance, with their membership hashtag at the top of the post: #TMC, #RWB, #GoldPlus or #MDA. A sale post without one of those hashtags is declined. The Post Checker at modacommunities.com/post-checker adds the hashtag for you when you pick your membership.
Which membership should I get if I only want to sell watches under $10,000?
The Moda Club (TMC) is the usual fit. It carries preferred seller status into Moda Watch Club: 10K & Under, and the team adds members to the free Moda groups they qualify for, usually the same business day. Real Watch Buyers is a separate membership for people who trade watches every week and meet its bar. Both are explained at modacommunities.com/tmc and modacommunities.com/rwb.
Where do watches above $10,000 go?
The flagship Moda Watch Club at facebook.com/groups/Watchtrading, which is for watches above $10,000 and takes posts from Real Watch Buyers members with #RWB at the top. A watch priced outside a group's range is declined, so a watch under $500 does not belong in 10K & Under either.
Why was my post declined?
The usual causes are a missing membership hashtag, a price outside $500 to $10,000, or an auto-filtered word. Every Moda group filters the dollar sign, so write the price bare (4,500 or 4.5k). Words like unworn and custom are filtered too, because a watch sold by anyone other than the brand's authorized dealer is legally preowned. Check a draft at modacommunities.com/post-checker before you post.
Why was my request to join declined?
The usual reasons are a missing code in the join question, or a Facebook account under two years old, which most Moda groups decline automatically. The Moda Club is the exception, because the team can add its members by hand.
Is Moda Watch Club: 10K & Under a real Moda group?
Yes. It is one of the official Moda Clubs communities and is listed in the directory at modacommunities.com/directory. The only official address is facebook.com/groups/558871041349029, and joining never costs a fee. Paste any other link into modacommunities.com/verify to check whether it is on the official Moda list.
