We dealt with "RJ" who is the owner. He was very friendly and Knowledgeable about his products and discussed the differences between the various models. He was not pushy and did not rush us. We were interested in the Helix mattress and Jacksonville had a great selection of them to try out. The delivery team was also great. professional and efficient. Before they left, they went over the operation of the adjustable bed base and asked if there was anything else we had a question about. It was a pleasure doing business with Jacksonville Bedding.
