Shoelab is a walk-in shoe and orthotics shop in Sioux Falls, in business since 2012. Their BOC certified pedorthists build custom orthotics, fit over-the-counter options, and carry more than 30 mainstream shoe brands. Fitting consultations are the heart of it. Moda members save with the code below, and can shop or book a fitting online.
Shoelab is a paid Moda advertising partner. Moda is not a healthcare provider and does not provide or oversee any fitting or care.
A member discount on the Shoelab site, plus periodic Moda-only drops of up to 50% off select shoes. Nothing to fill out here.
For Moda members: Use code MODA25 at checkout on the Shoelab site for a member discount, plus periodic Moda-only drops of up to 50% off select shoes, released at certain times. Using the code at checkout is all it takes, there is nothing to fill out here.
The fitting is the heart of it. A BOC certified pedorthist looks at how you actually stand and move, then points you to the right orthotic or shoe. Moda describes the categories here; the fitting and any recommendation happen at Shoelab.

Off-the-shelf orthotic options for people who do not need a fully custom build, matched to you during a fitting.
Their main focus. A roughly 30-minute fitting with a BOC certified pedorthist to work out what is going on and what could help.
More than 30 mainstream shoe brands, solid everyday options rather than anything exotic. The value is getting fitted to the right pair.
Supporting sock options to round out a fitting, available in the store and online.
The difference at Shoelab is not the shoes, which are mainstream brands anyone can buy. It is the people doing the fitting. A pedorthist is trained in how footwear and orthotics work with the foot, and Shoelab has three on staff, all BOC certified. They evaluate you in person, then recommend what fits your situation.
This is Shoelab's process, from the first appointment to any adjustments. It runs at Shoelab, not Moda.
Book a fitting online at shoelabusa.com, or walk into the Sioux Falls store during business hours.
A BOC certified pedorthist looks at your feet and how you move to understand what is going on.
They talk through the options: custom orthotics, an over-the-counter pair, a shoe, or a combination, and what could help.
Your orthotics or shoes are fitted in person, or shipped to you if you ordered online.
Getting orthotics dialed in takes time and patience. Shoelab includes a return label with mailed orders so anything that needs adjusting can go back.
Shoelab is a paid partner in the Moda vendor program. That means Moda members get a real code, MODA25, plus access to periodic Moda-only shoe drops. It does not mean Moda provides, oversees, or endorses any fitting, orthotic, product, or outcome.
Everything about your feet stays between you and Shoelab's pedorthists, handled at their store or on their site. Moda does not see or store any of it. Do your own diligence the way you would with any provider, and if anything about the partnership feels off, reach the Moda team through the contact page.
Been in for a fitting or ordered through Moda? Share how it went. Reviews are individual experiences shared by members, not statements or medical claims by Moda or Shoelab, and individual results vary.
Reviews are checked by the Moda team before they appear, usually within a day or two. Please keep your review to your experience, like the fitting, the products, and the service. Reviews that make specific medical or results claims are not published.
In Shoelab's experience many people notice a difference within days, and sometimes sooner, but the honest answer is that this is a work in progress. Modifying and adjusting shoes and orthotics takes time and patience, and everyone's feet are different. A pedorthist sets expectations with you at the fitting. This is general information, not a promise of any result.
Moda is a lifestyle and community brand, not a healthcare provider. The information on this page is general and is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Shoelab Orthotics & Footwear is an independent, paid advertising partner. Moda does not provide, oversee, or endorse any fitting, orthotic, product, or outcome, and does not receive or store any health information through this page.
Orthotics and fittings are meant to support comfort and fit. They are not a cure for any condition, individual results vary, and nothing here is a promise of a specific result. If you have a medical concern about your feet, talk with a qualified healthcare provider.
Reveal MODA25, then shop or book a fitting on the Shoelab site. The fitting and any recommendation happen with Shoelab's pedorthists.
